AvasarAI ("we", "us") helps India-based candidates find genuinely open remote roles, and optionally tailors resumes and cover letters, and prepares users for interviews. This page explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
- Account info — your name and email address, via Google sign-in.
- Job preferences — the filters and searches you use, to show relevant listings.
- Resume & job description content — if you use resume tailoring or interview prep, the resume you upload and any job description you paste or upload.
- Payment reference — a record that a payment was made and for what, via Razorpay. We do not store your card or UPI details ourselves.
How we use it
Solely to run the product: showing you relevant verified listings, generating your tailored resume, cover letter, or interview questions when you ask for them, and processing subscription payments. We do not sell your data, and we do not share your resume or job history with employers or recruiters unless you choose to apply somewhere yourself.
Who processes it
We rely on a small number of infrastructure providers to run AvasarAI: Supabase (database, authentication, file storage), Razorpay (payment processing), and Anthropic's Claude API (generating tailored resumes, cover letters, and interview questions). Your data passes through these providers only to deliver the feature you asked for.
Your choices
You can delete your uploaded resume at any time. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us — see the contact page.
